How do credits work?
A conversation is the full exchange with one visitor, not one message — and it uses one credit. A refused “I don’t know” answer is free.
About pricing
What happens when the allowance runs out?
The assistant politely tells the visitor it is unavailable right now and offers to take their contact details — it does not show an error. You get a notification and can either change plan or top up. There is no surprise overage: the allowance runs out, we do not bill beyond it.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly billing, cancel any time. After cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
What does the "pages crawled" limit mean?
How many pages we read from your website when building the knowledge base. Most small and mid-sized company sites are a few hundred pages; a large shop's product pages can be considerably more.
Do I need a developer?
Anyone who can paste one line into your site template. If you have a webmaster, this is routine for them. No server-side work, no plugin, no installation.
Is live chat charged separately?
No, it is included in every plan, with no per-agent fee. And while a human is answering the visitor, the conversation uses no credit.
Why is the invoice not issued by you?
Because our payment provider handles the sale as reseller: it collects the fee, calculates and remits the tax, and issues the invoice. We still provide the service, and we remain responsible for it. For an EU business this means you receive an invoice without tax and account for VAT yourself under the reverse-charge rules — routine work for your accountant. Sections 1 and 4 of the Terms describe the details.
I want to buy as a business, but checkout will not let me continue.
If you tick "I'm purchasing as a business", you must also give an EU VAT number — without it the checkout cannot decide how to tax the purchase, so it stops. Two ways forward: enter a valid VAT number (you then buy without tax, under reverse charge), or untick the box (you then pay with tax included).
