RobiFoxOnlineWebsites using RobiFox
See RobiFox in action.
RobiFox is already helping visitors on these live websites. Visit a site and try the chat.
01 — trust first
AI should know when not to answer.
The risky AI is not the one that says “I don’t know.” It is the one that sounds certain when your business never supplied the answer. RobiFox is built around an explicit boundary: approved source or honest refusal.
No source
02 — one knowledge base
Maintain it in one language. Answer in your visitor’s.
The knowledge base does not need a separate copy for every market. A visitor asks in their own language, RobiFox searches your existing approved material cross-language, then responds in the language of the question.
What we measured: cross-language retrieval was tested across 20 languages, including non-Latin writing systems. We do not claim 20-language answer accuracy because that exact benchmark has not been run.
03 — the business problem
The answer may already be on your website. Your visitor still leaves.
Shipping, returns, prices, product details, opening hours, policies, PDFs. You already wrote the answer once. RobiFox makes that knowledge conversational instead of forcing people to hunt for it.
The question doesn’t wait for office hours
Visitors can get answers even when your team is offline, so your staff spend less time answering recurring questions.
A generic chatbot can sound confident and still be wrong
RobiFox keeps business answers tied to approved knowledge and visible sources instead of relying on generic model memory.
Unanswered questions usually disappear
RobiFox records unanswered questions so you can see what information to add to your knowledge base.
04 — growing your knowledge base
The assistant gets better from the questions your website misses.
RobiFox shows you which questions need more information in your knowledge base. Once you approve the answers, it can use them in future conversations.
A visitor asks
If no approved answer exists, RobiFox refuses instead of inventing one.
The question is recorded
Group and prioritise unanswered questions to see which ones visitors ask most often.
You provide the answer
You decide what is correct and what may become trusted knowledge.
Next time it knows
The approved knowledge becomes available to future conversations.
05 — product, not just a bubble
The chat is visible. The control behind it is the product.
Review what the assistant knows, see where answers came from, catch missing knowledge, and take over the conversation when a person is needed.
Knowledge review
Approve, edit or reject what RobiFox may use.
Missing knowledge
See what visitors keep asking that the website does not answer.
Conversation log
Review what was asked, what was answered, and which source supported it.
Human takeover
The visitor stays in the same chat. Your team continues from the panel.
06 — implementation
Start with what you already have.
No flowchart of canned replies. No separate help centre required before you can start. RobiFox reads the website and supported documents you already maintain.
Website pages plus supported PDF, Word and Excel files can feed the same knowledge base.
It identifies facts, steps, prices and the source locations behind them.
Approve, edit or reject. Conflicts and sensitive knowledge can be surfaced for attention.
The standard widget does not require rebuilding your website or installing a separate support portal.
07 — fit
Use RobiFox when the answers already exist — but people still need help finding them.
RobiFox is intentionally narrower than a giant omnichannel service platform. That is a strength when your main problem is recurring factual sales and support questions on a website.
| Option | Best when | Trade-off | RobiFox fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Answer everything yourself | Very low volume, every conversation needs judgement | Your time and availability | Sometimes |
| Hire more support staff | Most conversations require account access, negotiation or decisions | Ongoing headcount cost | Complementary |
| Large omnichannel platform | Complex ecommerce actions, phone/social channels, large teams | More complexity, higher cost | Different category |
| RobiFox | Repeated website questions whose answers are already in your content | You still need to review your business knowledge | Strong fit |
08 — pricing
One credit is one conversation — not one message.
A visitor can continue the same conversation for up to 15 turns. A correct “I don’t know” refusal is free. Human messages during live takeover do not consume AI conversation credits.
Try it for 14 days.
No credit card. The trial includes 50 conversations, up to 1 project and 100 crawlable pages, so you can measure real usage before choosing a plan.
- €9 Nano 200 conversations · 1 project · 350 pages
- €19 Micro 500 conversations · 1 project · 700 pages
- €79 Starter 2,500 conversations · 2 projects · 2,800 pages
Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. One credit is one conversation, not one message.
09 — data and control
Know where your data is stored and who can access it.
Your knowledge base, conversations and enquiries are stored on our own EU-based infrastructure. Conversation logs expire automatically 90 days after the conversation ends — you do not have to ask for it, and you can still ask us to delete your data sooner. The widget stores no message history in your visitor’s browser: it keeps a tab-bound conversation id for the active session only. Access is role-based, with optional TOTP two-factor authentication.
Knowledge base, conversations and enquiries are kept on RobiFox infrastructure in the EU; model processing details are documented separately.
Question and answer turn logs expire after the defined retention period, with separate rules for handed-off enquiries.
The widget uses a tab-bound conversation identifier for the active session rather than storing the message history in the browser.
Owner, editor and viewer roles separate permissions; TOTP two-factor authentication can be enabled with recovery codes.
10 — what we do not promise
Clear boundaries make the “yes” more believable.
RobiFox is web chat today. It does not phone customers, negotiate custom prices, or silently perform account-specific actions it cannot verify. Response time measurements are not an SLA.
If approved support is missing, RobiFox refuses and offers human handoff.
Amounts and contractual terms stay faithful to the source instead of creating a potentially binding mistranslation or exchange-rate guess.
Preview first, trial without a card, remove the widget script if you do not want it on the site, cancel without a long-term commitment.
