Statistical cookies (only with your permission)
If you allowed it, we load the Google Analytics 4 measurement code on our marketing pages and in the signed-in control panel. Google then receives page-view data (referrer, language, device and browser details, truncated IP address) and sets its own cookies on your device, acting as a data processor. These cookies are:

THERE IS NO MEASUREMENT ON THE TRIAL AND PREVIEW PAGES, even if you allowed it — those pages show your own website content, and a third party has no business knowing about it. Demo-chat usage (opening, mode choice) on our marketing site does reach the measurement; your questions and the answers NEVER do.
Security check on forms
When a form is submitted we use Google reCAPTCHA to filter out automated submissions. Google receives the visitor's IP address and some technical details about the browser, and may set its own cookies. Google acts as a data processor here; its own privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.
This check runs ONLY at the moment a form is submitted — not on every page view. If you never submit a form, no data goes to the provider.
Your cookie setting

You can change this at any time, with the same single click. If you withdraw it, the measurement code will no longer be added on the next page load; cookies Google already set can be removed in your browser.
Statistical cookies and consent
Under the applicable rules, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary to provide the service — typically measurement and advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 therefore loads only after you allow statistical measurement in the cookie banner. Refusing it does not affect the cookies needed for operation or your use of the control panel.
The embeddable assistant (widget)
The assistant embedded on our Customers' websites uses NO cookies either. It stores two short entries bound to the browser tab (sessionStorage), without any message content: the identifier of the conversation in progress (for at most 30 minutes) — this is what lets a visitor stay in the same conversation after changing pages — and a marker recording that the greeting has already happened in this tab, so the assistant does not approach the visitor again. Both are removed when the tab closes, the first one also after 30 minutes. This is a technical fact about how the widget works; the Customer assesses the data processing of their own website and every component embedded in it as a whole.
How to turn them off
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block session cookies, however, you will not be able to sign in to the control panel — that is not a restriction on our part but a technical requirement of signing in.
